Dunkin'

"I find the workers there rude. None of them really understand or speak any English, and when they where taking my order they were asking someone else to take my order. And when they were taking my order, the workers were also laughing at me as well which I find very disrespectful. If there was a zero star I would rate them a zero. Will not come back here again. Would rather go to another dunkin donut location where workers can treat everybody more as equal and with respect."

"So, why would a dunkin donuts get 1 star? The staff won't even speak to you. They have a kiosk to the side, nowhere near the entrance or counter that you need to use. The staff behind the counter won't even say, "you have to use th3 kiosk over there." instead they just give you dirty looks. I won't be back."

When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly he managed to handle each customer despite the overwhelming rush. Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the same gentleman took my payment and, to my astonishment, immediately handed me my food and coffee. The speed of service was unparalleled in my experience at any other fast-food establishment. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the constant stream of customers, I received my order in record time. Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts feeling highly satisfied with my visit. The quick and attentive service, even during peak hours, was commendable. Despite the location's initial inconvenience, the efficiency of the staff made up for it. My hot black coffee was rich and flavorful, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant were freshly made and delicious. In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for providing me with a remarkable experience on my first visit to this particular location. If they can maintain this level of service consistently, I have no doubt that they will continue to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
