Domino's Pizza

"I rarely write reviews, but my recent encounter with Dominos pizza was so abysmal that I feel compelled to warn others. Imagine my disappointment when, after my kids eagerly anticipating , I received a completely different order. Not only was it incorrect, but it also fell far below any standard of quality, tasting frankly terrible. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to rectify this with a delivery of the correct order, I was informed that my location falls outside their delivery zone - a fact that was conveniently overlooked when they accepted my order and payment. Seeking resolution, I reached out to their manager, who promised a complimentary pizza on my next order due to their mistake and it will be in our system. However, when I called to redeem this offer, I was met with a shocking lack of professionalism. The manager claimed there was no record of the previous mishap or the promised compensation, but he does see that i ordered from there recently. He flatly stated that nothing could be done, displaying an astonishing level of incompetence and disregard for customer service. It’s one thing to make a mistake; it’s another to handle it with such gross negligence and apathy. The inability to take a correct order is bad enough, but combined with atrocious customer service and a product that fails to meet even the most basic standards of edible pizza, it’s clear that Domino’s is a complete letdown. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here"

"Placed an order waited 3hrs since placed never received it . The driver calls at 2:30 saying I had to come to the corner to pick up my order are very rude and nasty drove off with my order after I waited 3hrs till 2:30 am for a order that was placed at 12am. Will never order again from this store it’s the worse and they took my money"

"Dont pay for extra topping cause they don't add it ... but they do charge you for it ... poor customer service at the store and delivery... you have to go to the car to get your food even if its contact less delivery which should be left at your door step at least ..."

"This store is extremely unprofessional. I waited over an hour and a half for the delivery man who never arrived, never rang my bell and the excuse was that a phone call made to me wasn’t answered. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied me the right to speak to him due to the store being busy. When asked for a refund they said it will take 3 days and when I asked for my pizza to be delivered again they said the wait time would be over half an hr again. I will never purchase from this franchise again and I’ll make sure everyone I know heard about this experience! My 5 year old kids were starving for over an hour waiting for a pizza that never arrived. Worst customer service ever!"

"This location is God awful, I swear they have a blind person doing the quality check. This is the fourth time I've ordered from this location and the fourth time they have gotten the order wrong with missing toppings. The last time the order was wrong they delivered two new pizzas which they screwed up again. Today they forgot a topping again! They must lose so much profit having to run new pizzas out and losing customers they won't be in business much longer. Get a new quality check system! Let me also add anytime I've paid for delivery they have called my phone to meet them in the street. Update: they delivered me a new pie... when the guy pulled up in front of my house he beeped his horn for me to come outside and get it. The pizza I got is still not what I ordered because I wanted half chicken and hot sauce and I got a pizza with all chicken and hot sauce. I don't know how hard it is to follow simple directions with simple toppings. I will NEVER order pizza from this location again."
