"Excellent alternative to Chipotle! 80% of the time I get their Nashville hot chicken burrito or bowl. This is better than Chipotle for following reasons. 1. More flavors/options for your tastebuds. 2. I like their reward program better than what other similar chains have. 3. Excellent digital experience, easy to use app and on-time pickup. A notification about the ready pickup would be a nice to have. 4. They give good portion of meat in your order. 5. They also serve wings and deserts. Place is clean and is located in a nice small strip mall..!"

"I’ve been coming to bubbakoos very often the last couple of weeks as it’s on the way to work. I wasn’t sure if I would like their food the first time I went, as burritos are very hit or miss for me. But every single time I get my chicken and beef burrito I have been super happy with it. And the people that work there are SUPER nice. One of the guys there remembers me and my order now. Which makes getting in and out when I gotta get to work a breeze. I very much reccomend this place to anyone who wants a tasty burrito. The last time I went I also got a cheese and rice quesadilla which I was also super happy with. 10/10 would highly reccomend."

"Customer service is amazing and the food is delicious!! I have ordered from here once in person and once online for pickup. Both times everything was delicious, fresh and filling, but not heavy and greasy lie some Tex-mex places can be.. I appreciate the variety of options and the quality of the food. I had the taco salad and the burrito bowl, while my husband has tried both the soft and hard-shelled tacos. Plus, the staff there can’t be beat! The first time I visited, the person behind the counter walked me through the whole menu and explained all of the options so patiently. When I went for pick up, I received so many “thank you”s and “welcome”s in just the minute that I was inside. Highly recommend!!"

"Walked into very enthusiastic staff. I got the fried chicken quesadilla and curly fries. Both were so filling I couldn’t finish them. The quesadilla was decent but the curly fries were crispy and crunchy. I would come back to try their other tasty sounding apps."
