"This eatery is a surprise. From the outside you wouldn’t expect much, seating is rustic at best, atmosphere? Heimisch. But then, when you order any of their food, that is where the truth and the secret lies: It’s full of flavor, every bite is a Gaumenschmaus. Steaks, shashlik, kebab, mashed potatoes with grilled onions, green beans, and ohhh, the housemade Apfelstrudel. Monsey BBQ & Grill is nothing you’d expect from a regular Kosher meat. The meats are amazingly spiced, the sides are aldente and burst of flavor. The best, portions are generous. Shrinkflation hasn’t arrived at this place. Try their überdelicious Yeminite soup. At other places you’d get subpar meat pieces in it. Not at Monsey’s. Every bite of Fleisch is soft, has flavor and just an enjoyment to munch. What else to write… the place is as simple and flavorful as a good fast food place should be. Oh, and did we mention that prices are very reasonable? "Used to be a great place, open till late, But with the new system it's a little bit off.. The focus is no more on the food and costumer, it's on the receipt system.. The new system might be important, but the new workers need more training, and the food more love.. I used to be here every few weeks, and it was nice, But the last few months, every time I left disappointed.. I paid for a burger knowing that it's hard to mess it up, but I was wrong, and it was disgusting.. I'm not giving up on the place, and I believe they will figure it out soon, and I hope to be back with good news.."

"Went last night for a after fast meal and was surprised. Very surprised. Food was delicious, and tasty. Absolutely enjoyed myself. Ordered Burger and Fry's and then tried out their dessert, the mousse cake. Surprisingly very good. I know of steak houses that give the same quality dessert for ten times the price. Was absolutely delicious and the staff was very nice"

"Wow is all I have to say! Soooo good, everything was good! I took my dad and brother there for my dad's birthday. We all loved it! The food was great and the service was spectacular! The guy who helped us was comical, friendly and patient! The food was great but having him behind the counter, really made our visit there a wonderful family experience. We got the lamb and chicken shawarma on lafa, get everything on it and or ask the guy to make it with his secret sauce! You will not regret it! Really looking forward to going back"
