"I come in an order a simple American omelette every time I come in .. every time I come it take atleast a half hour to get my order watching people come in make their order and leave way before mine .. But today not only did I not receive an American omelette but your whole back staff argued in front of the customers about this American omelette and still came out to be a cheese omelette some how . It was almost amazing to watch this breakdown in communication with 3 different people ... Truly honest it was the owners wife I believe who turned this into a whole debacle .. I don't think their is a true manager their .. waste of 12 dollar . Over charged me for something I didn't order"

"Truly my favorite destination. The staff are actually HAPPY..kind and warm and thats in ADDITION to plump fresh bagels, generous cream cheese spread ( a rarity) and fair pricing. ( and unlike every other shop in the area), they don't sneak in a credit card charge without notice. I admire them for this. I'm always so glad when I stop in. I wish them great success. They deserve it."

"Clean, organized and well functioning. I did have to wait a very long time for someone to notice me before asking if I needed help. However, the food was worth the wait. We ordered, bob the builder on a hero, the Italian wrap, a few bagels and a French toast platter. Everything was delicious and fresh. I would recommend Sunrise Bagel and I will return to try more items on the menu."
