"The employees have no idea what they’re doing & they have no problem lying to you. Showed up for my appt & was told they tried calling me to let me know my 4th tire wasn’t in yet; apparently only 3 tires came in… I never received any calls from them. Asked them what # they were calling, they told me some # I never even heard of. Told me they called the retailer & that the tire was currently on a truck but didn’t know the ETA. Told me once the tire comes in they’ll call me-never called. I called a few times-tires still not in & they weren’t bothering to get it solved. During one call, either Ian, Jacob, or Antonio (not sure which 1) told me they would email the retailer. I told them to let me know what they say. They replied, “I’ll email you with an update if I get a response back from them but if I don’t hear anything then I won’t email you.” Ok so you’re just going to keep me waiting? I call again the next day to express my frustration. All of a sudden they tell me the computer says the tire is in. I asked him when it came in, he said, “it recently came in.” I asked what recently meant & he said, “I don’t know it could’ve been today.” Very rude.. He then set an appt. for me. When I went in, Ian & Jacob went looking for my tires but there were still only 3. They said they didn’t know why Antonio scheduled an appt. for me to come in. I asked them why they didn’t call me earlier to let me know. They said they weren’t aware I was coming in.. Shouldn’t a business be aware of the appts. they have that day & make sure they’re prepared beforehand? On the white board behind them it also stated, “pull tires before scheduling appointments.” They clearly did not physically make sure my tires were there before scheduling my appt. This is pure laziness & they clearly lied to me about my tire being in just so they could get me off the phone when I was expressing my frustration. I asked them what happened to the tire that was supposedly on the truck the day of my appt…they had no answer for me. I asked them about the email they sent to the retailer…they told me the retailer never responded (this was an email they sent days ago). Very unprofessional for not handling this issue appropriately. I ask them to order me another tire b/c I’m done waiting. Ian tells me he ordered a new one today for me. This was clearly a lie b/c he told me he had no idea I was coming in today & he also had no idea if all 4 tires were in so how would he know to order a new tire? It’s like they just say things to appease you even if it has to be a lie!"

"Never have I ever dealt with such incompetent service workers, i’ve worked retail so I understand things may sometimes be out of the workers hands but these dummies placed an order for late last week after constant complaining when I had my order placed since Dec 15th. These boys had me come to their establishment on multiple occasions, playing phone tag with them because they say they will call back with an update and never do. Such a disappointment, I need a refund. Don’t trust them to do any service. A whole bunch of idiots. and their “manager” or whoever she is rude and does not help or care about a soul."

"The worst service you could possibly receive. Very unprofessional and manager was very disrespectful not once but many multiple times. This service center should be closed and shut down. I ordered 4 tires December 15th 2022 they scheduled me for December 21th 2022. I drove 30 minutes to be told that the tires never came. The least that they could’ve done was give me a call instead they wasted time and had me show up for no reason just to get the run around. It is now January 3rd 2023 I am still with no tires. The workers are all incompetent. They say one thing and do the other. This is for my safety and there seems to be no sense of urgency with this place. This has been the worst experience I’ve received from any company."

"After a wheel alignment at my local mechanic left my steering wheel shaking, I made an appt at BJ s for a tire rotation and balance. After waiting an hour, I had to leave as I had another appt. There was one employee answering the phone, doing the tire work, selling tires, and filling propane tanks. I rescheduled my appt. I received a call enroute to the next appt from bjs saying I was 20 minutes late, and that My time slot had passed, and I would not receive service that day due to being 20 minutes late. I rescheduled for today at 11:15. I arrived early at 11am so as not to miss my time slot. The employee doing the tirework said It would be an hour. I decided to walk down to home depot to kill time. I arrived back an hour later. My car had not been brought in yet.While waiting, several people came into the office looking for propane tank refills, and some thinking they were going to get tire rotation done without an appt. Eventually they would leave when they realized there was no one there to help them. After a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes my "free tire rotation and balance" was complete. My car was in for 20 minutes. The employee called " a superviser" to sign off on the work. When a young woman arrived and signed off, I told her about my experience. She looked blankly at me, and said there was no tire superviser there. The employee said "you need 4 new tires.". Honestly, Why would I purchase tires there when there is no one there to service customers. Promising free tire rotation and balancing with tire purchase is untrue if there is a 2 hour wait time. BJ s puts alot of money into acquiring new memberships and advertising tires for sale. They need to work on following through on these services. They lost 400 dollars in new tires I would have bought there, as well as lost business for the potential customers that walked away because there was no customer service."
