"My waitress was good, no issues with her. But I overheard that they were out of tables so I decided to wait for my bill by the register. When I told the waitresses that were standing at the register chatting that I was just waiting to pay my bill, the one that was busy talking about how "unique her name was" rudely told me that I could "wait at my table" with the only attitude. She's lucky I didn't call over the manager. I'm also ready to call corporate."
"Applebee’s at Clifton NJ used to be our favorite place to meet with family . However, unfortunately the quality of higiene has changed it’s disgusting . This is a triple chocolate meltdown in a dirty plate with finger prints and a vegetable inside the ice cream. Our family night was gone."
"Came here just for dessert. We ordered two lava cakes, and in the picture attached, is how the server brought them to us. The girl that served us was nice and polite, but certainly not attentive. We waited approximately 10 min before someone even came over to the table, and this was at 930, so its not like it was dinner rush. It was nice to have the option to pay online with the QR code on the table, definitely eliminated extra minutes waiting on someone to come back to the table. We like applebees, but definitely was not a pleasant experience, this time."
"Applebees was pretty good. Our waiter was very attentive, constantly asking if we needed anything. My bacon cheeseburger was great! The fries are shoestring and were super hot out of the fryer! They also had the skin on them, could a been fresh cut! The spinach artichoke dip was good but the chips were kinda stale. The atmosphere is awesome, staff is great. Plenty of TVs to watch sports! I’ll be back!"
"I experience good customer service when I visit the establishment; the employees are kind and work together well especially as the employee for my table seems to already be busy (and getting busier). Even so, I order the Impossible Burger meal which is decent though on the dry side. I feel like more salad ingredients on a burger can help make a burger juicier. I don’t really eat food from out of a frying situation though the fries are tasty. I feel like having a salad option as an alternative to fries is always good. The establishment accepts different forms of payment. The environment feels noticeably airy which I kind of like."
