"Today I went to pick up my order that’s already been paid at 3:30 PM, when I arrive and I say the order name the cashier tells me that he can’t find my order. Then I tell him the order number and then he changes the story and says the order has been picked up by somebody else. I have been going to that location for over 10 years and that has never happened. Then the cashier realizes I’m not believing all his non sense stories and ignores and don’t refund me and credit back my account for an order I had already paid and was getting to someone else. Horrible customer service and lack of communication and service."

They wanted me to pay full price for their mistake. Never buying from this store ever again!"
