Domino's Pizza

"I had an EXTREMELY disrespectful employee talk to me on the phone and I called for 2 medium pies and I stopped speaking into the phone for about 2 seconds and this rude employee just hung up. unbelievable. When I call back, this woman says “are you going to order something or are you going to play games”?? That’s extremely disrespectful and I don’t think someone like that belongs in customer service if they are going to act like that. Automatically assuming that a customer, (which I was being polite at the start by the way) is playing games after trying to call back ONLY a second time after THEY hung up the phone on me is just simply stupid. I honestly hope that employee is FIRED soon because they do not have the attitude to be attending customers. It really ruins a pleasant dinner experience when you have such foul people like this woman attending customers and transferring their bitter energy onto others. It truly does. They do not have good customer service. They also stopped answering the first number i called so i tried a second number to call to try to give a small complaint and another guy answered but did absolutely nothing. Incompetent and useless. Just pretended that employee was new or didn’t understand when I have very well ordered many times from here. I do not have a name for that employee but it is a woman with some kind of accent to identify this employee. Absolutely rude. Don’t be surprised if such a “person” has an attitude with you all of a sudden while ordering your food. Just hang up if that’s the case. Waste of time those people. Absolutely no class and unscrupulous."

"I ordered and paid for 2 walk-in orders (2 pans and 1 large) and when I came back to pick them up, only one order was ready. When I asked when the second order would be ready, they first said I never place the second order. After showing them the receipt and credit card charge, they started shouting in Arabic and accused me of not paying. Almost an hour later, with my first order being cold, the second order was finally ready and not to my surprise, they got the toppings wrong."

"Do not order from this dominos. The quality of there food isn’t the worst, but I always have a problem with this Domino’s. Despite their delivery time being long despite what the app says. Their customer service is disappointing if not dishonorable. My last time ordering here… I asked them to bring the food upstairs to my mother who couldn’t leave the house. They hang up the phone on me, decline my returned calls and after I call the store I find out they left it outside on the floor. Not even in the lobby. Shame on them. I speak to the manager and she only apologizes but basically says “what you want me to do tho”. My last time ordering I had the same issue, except I was home this time and went to retrieve it. Once he noticed me, he rolled his eyes and was giving attitude. I said thank you and payed (without tip) then he displays more attitude (I’m assuming because I didn’t tip). I’ve worked at a Domino’s before, and this is not how my location operated or tolerated. I just deleted my app, and will not order dominos again. Plus there’s a whole war going on right now and it’s recently come to my attention today that Domino’s supports Israel. So this is more of a reason to keep my money in my wallet and out of these companies. I will me making my own pizza or ordering from local family own businesses moving forward"
