"This place is a mess !!! I came back in march & supposed they would have my dress ready for the day of the event now they coming up with nonsense that it won’t arrive till may. What type of busy are you even running. When I asked for my deposit back the lady didn’t want to give me my money back! She had the nerve to say what money. I said my dam deposit !"

"I purchased a dress that I did not try on right away. I figured i could fit a large. When I tried the dress on it didn't fit my bust... i decided to return it for a larger size or an exchange. Well they have a 5 day exchange policy, which is not written on my electronic receipt and I did not get a paper receipt. The policy is on a piece of paper in a frame. They lost a new customer. It was my intention to return but not now."
