"ordered a nutella bowl online without strawberries came to pick up in store. Brought it home. When I opened it at my house. I realized that they put the strawberries on my bowl. I immediately called playa bowls and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it? The only thing they could do was refund me if it was an allergy since I did not have an allergy, I’m stuck with a bowl with strawberries, which is a food that I don’t eat, for personal reasons. They told me I could come back and remake the ball after I just was there and drove all the way back already just wasted $15."

"Staff was not helpful when the $3 discount did not work from the rewards card. It seemed to initially activate but when the order was totaled the discount didn’t apply. The staff didn’t help and made us feel like we were bothering them….. “what’s the big deal, it should work off your next order.” Bowls were decent but just seems like the staff could be more engaged in helping customers."

"I've never been let down so consistently. Every time I think to give this place another try I'm unfortunately surprised to learn that another facet of an otherwise basic order is wrong. It's to the point that we take bets on which order will be worse. It'd be understandable if our orders were complex but when you consistently miss ingredients from the title of the selection you're left wondering why. I'd like to believe that the staff are fully capable of delivering orders correctly and considering how pervasive this issue has been it leaves me to conclude that these issues stem from management."

"I’m disappointed. Today I decided to order through DoorDash for the family. The moment I get it out of the bag to eat. There’s barely açaí inside of the bowl. Two bowls are missing half of the other açaí. That’s not worth paying."
