I wish I could get a refund but I wouldn’t purchase another thing again from the store this never happened to me before the multiple times I’ve been to the store to shop even as a young teen."
"It had been more than twenty years since I had made a purchase at this Rainbow Shop. However, since Payless ShoeSource closed for business, I needed to find other stores that sold trouser socks. I found an extensive selection of trouser socks, in different styles and at very reasonable prices, and the employee who assisted me was very polite and very professional. I look forward to returning to this Rainbow Shop, as soon as I can."
"Clothes are cheap and cute. But store is poorly set up with only one changing room for a two story retail store. Can only try 3 items at a time. Spent about 30-45 min waiting for the fitting room. Got to the check out, left to find out two of my items weren’t put in my bag. Now I am trying to deal with customer service as I am 4 hours away from the location I shopped at."
