"Server stated he was the only one there with tables and a party of 25. Definitely won’t be back but hope it was circumstance. Appetizer was the shells of what was supposed to be fried provolone. Boyfriend’s food was good. Mine was okay. The pork belly was dry and tough. Prices were fair and as expected. Make your drinks last. Waited with card on the table before getting rudely cashed out. While there the table next to us had their food come out and their corn soufflé was so burnt it was unrecognizable. Wouldn’t recommend based on our experience but hopefully this is a one off."

"Finally made it over to finks for some BBQ that came highly recommended from friends. I can’t say it was the best BBQ I’ve ever had but the brisket and short rib (first cut) were pretty good. The pork belly was so bad that we stopped eating it after one bite. It was flavorless and hard. The sides were OK - Mac and cheese was delicious, mashed was your standard buttered mashed potatoes, cole slaw was bland, the potato salad (with mustard) was not good at all. Finally for apps we got the wings from the specials menu and catfish bites. The service was good and atmosphere was nice, nothing crazy."

"Hands down, the best bbq spot in the area. First time I actually spotted this place was during peak Covid, summer 2020, while driving by and noticed their amazing dine out spot they made in their parking lot. Shame on me, took me more then 3 years to come back, but I did it last month and have been back one more time ever since. Their brisket that they freshly prepare to be available every day after 5:30pm is just the best piece of bbq meat you will taste in a while. Brisket itself was more than enough good reason to come back. But their sides were also amazing (huge recommendation for corn souffle), their ribs are to die for. Also service is absolutely amazing. Now when I want someone to taste a really amazing bbq, I've got a place to take them without thinking twice. Great job indeed!"

"Stopped in for a bite around 8ish on our way down to PA. We got the loaded tots which were by far the best I've ever had. The flavor of the sauce or whatever they fried them in was an amazing flavor burst. For our mains, we got the beef brisket (no sides) and ribs/chicken BBQ with mash potatoes and collard greens. The first 3 pieces of the brisket were delicious but as I got to the pieces underneath, they were a bit dry and overcooked. The bbq sauce was delicious, tho! Sides were good and so were the ribs/chicken. We did decided to try the soufflé but it wasn't quite a soufflé. It was very heavy, served in a difficult dish to spoon out, and tasted a bit burnt. Service wise, it was a bit slow. Took us a while to get our food. Towards the end of our meal when we were ready for the check, it took our waitress a long time to check in on us and give it to us. There were many people there so it wasn't like the place was bogged down with full tables."

"Really random smoke house located on a service street. The place got filled up pretty quickly after 5:30, I’m guessing because they have 2 menu highlights that don’t become available until after that. We started with the happy hour menu, where the food was more like sample size as opposed to a “special”. For our mains, I got the brisket, which was beautifully cooked and filled with Smokey flavor. The sides were in addition to the meal for $4/5 which drove the price up for this BBQ. I got the Mac and cheese and Cole slaw and really liked both. My boyfriend got the pork platter which he loved but admitted it was too much meat for one sitting."
