"Today December 29,2023 my family and I went to this specific location to eat. When our food came out we didn’t see anything out of the ordinary on our food. Almost half way to the food my mother in law felt something weird in her mouth as she was pulling out a hair from her mouth that was in the chicken Alfredo. I immediately called our server and she handed it to the manager at that shift. The manager at the shift came out with an attitude saying that there was no way that a hair would’ve gotten in the food because she only had male staff in the kitchen, and she prepared it “herself personally” and then we told her how it went and she continued to say that it’s not on there part and since my mother in law was half way done it couldn’t have been the kitchen’s fault. Our bill came out to 221.14. If it wasn’t for our best server, we would’ve had to pay for the whole order, and the manager that attend us was very disrespectful unprofessional, and was only giving us a discount of 10% off. I didn’t also get to take a picture of it because the manger took the dish to the back. Servers like her should be credited and get a raise. That’s what customers look at when they get either disrespected or treated correctly."

"I ordered the shrimp Your Way on 12/06/2023. While eating the second parrot coconut shrimp I begin to feel something funny in my mouth, realizing that it was a long strand of hair cooked into the shrimp. It literally was cooked into the food. I immediately contacted them and spoke with the manager by the name of Frank, who appeared disinterested and unconcerned regarding the matter. It seemed that he believed hair being cooked into food wasn’t a big issue. In fact, he made excuses as to how the hair perhaps could’ve gotten cooked into the actual food. Also, he was able to ensure that no other food was contaminated with an employee hair on that day as I strongly believe other customers food was also contaminated. Surprisingly, I am not surprised!"

"I opted for the curbside pick up, which was pretty cool and painless. The shrimp were delicious. This location is conveniently situated on route 46 right pass the Willowbrook Mall. My meal was less than $30.00"

"The staff was friendly and courteous, the wait time after ordering was tolerable. The ambiance great, my gripe was the ceiling panels could do with repairs and/or replacing it was quite apparent that there was some sort of leak that was quite evident in the swollen areas; as well as areas around the central air conditioning ducts were discolored. Overall the service was good and would definitely recommend this establishment to others, I will definitely be going back."
