"The quickest I have ever gotten my food at any shake shack, even with ordering through the app. Delicious and they packed my to go order with everything in the bag so that the stop took less than a minute tops. My name was clearly labeled which helped when looking for my order. Staff was super cheerful and place was very clean"
"my first time at shake shack and it was great! Burger was cooked very good, fries were great, chicken bites were really crispy and good size for the price. The only complaint was my coworker ordered the ranch spicy fries but we never received the ranch upon pick up. there was none on the fries and none in the bag. next time I will check the bag prior to leaving to make sure condiments are in the bag"
"I love this place! It is better than Wendy’s. I thought that it was going to be some modern, hip, type of place that ruined food ( I have critiqued a place that describes what I stated) but it was not. The only problem is that it can’t beat 5 Guys. This wonderful lady with red hair was extremely nice! Give her a raise. I will come back and I hope you go."
