"30 minutes before close missing half their menu big waste of time"

"Worst Popeyes branch ever. I don't recommend it to anyone, and here is why: 1. If you ever think about using the popeye's app to order from this branch, please don't. I have done it more than 3 times, and every single time, they always always switch some of my items based on their preferences and what they have. I never received a perfect order from that branch ever, which is totally the opposite of all other popeye branches. 2. They never cook the blackened chicken on that branch or that is what I have been told 2 times out of the three times I used the app to order it, they just switch it with regular chicken and if you go back to ask them, they just tell you they don't cook the blackened chicken on that branch and they just tell you to eithet cancel your order from the app or get the regular chicken they choosed for you! Oh, did i mention that they never have mac & cheese! Yes, that is right. If you order it from that branch, they will never give it to you even when it costs you extra money to place it. They will just switch it with mashed potato or any other regular side. It happened 3 times out of 3 on that branch. 2. The employees there are always rude. If they make any mistake on your order and you go back to them, they never apologize, and they doubt you. 3. If you return your food to them because they never do it right and is always totally messed up, they just take it back, and instead of throwing it away (especially when their supervisor isn't watching), they just put everything back with their unserved food, then they act like nothing happened and your returned food gets served to some other customers, which is illegal/unhealthy and can cause them a lot of troubles! 4. I'm not even gonna talk about the wait time. If you think you are saving time by using the app, nope, you are wrong, you aren't saving any time by doing that on this laughable branch, you will wait at least 30 minutes to get your messed up order, which will never be accurate and you will go back to them."

"Food is always good, my only issue is the machine where the sodas go, the ventilations needs to be cleaned, cause it's covered in dust, get that corrected please, thanks!"

"Everything was quite mediocre. Food is certainly not worth the price. Mac n cheese was average but the noodles were soggy, Chicken was underwhelming. Needs some form of sauce and or side to enhance the little flavor it has. Employees were polite. Overall decent experience. I didn't feel too great about spending over 45 dollars on food that wasn't even all that good. extremely overated, probably wouldn't go again willingly."

"Yummy new chicken sandwich is back and they made it taste better! The old sandwich was a bit too salty. This one is a perfect balance of flavors in the meat, crunchy breading and the toasted bun. Very savory and delicious! Pros: Yunmy chicken sandwich Yummy fries Yummy apple pie Yummy mashed potatoes Price is great! $7 for the chicken sandwich meal with fries and drink! Cons: Need more drink selections"
