Dunkin'

"This is my local Dunkin and I go every day before work. The food is average but the service is awful. I order through the app, but 90% of the time my order is wrong or incomplete and whenever I let them know they get annoyed. This could easily be avoided if who ever was making my order bothered to read the receipt. Also a lot of the time the app menu and restaurant menu aren’t in sync. I will order something on the app that the store doesn’t even have. The old managers and employees were great but it’s gone downhill since they left."

"i get dunkin’ donuts every morning and it’s always something with them. first, they toasted an expiration sticker into my sandwich(which i didn’t realize until a few bites into it because it was fully in the middle of the sandwich). then got the bagel bites at a later date and they were rock hard, like super old, rock hard that not even heat can soften it and dried up cream cheese inside. gross. convenient location but don’t expect what u ordered to be good."

"This dunkin is the best ! I stop there every morning for my coffee. They are very fast and friendly. After my first few times there they even had my order memorized! Very clean and always have everything in stock. Ever since they have been under new management the place is great. This is a team of associates who definitely love their job. highly recommended"

"This place is absolutely disgusting . I was waiting for my order and noticed stains all over the counters and a straw in the ice cream tub. On top of that I was given at least like two day old tea when I asked for ice tea with lemon they told me they don’t have lemon anymore. The guys hands that gave it to me were filthy legit was in the midst of cleaning and didn’t wash his hands….. I’m telling you now don’t go here Legit vomited up the tea on first sip that’s how bad!"

"This Dunkin Donuts had the grossest bathroom I have ever seen at one of these franchises. It was completely disgusting and it definitely Rivals the dirtiest truck stop you would find on the parkway. It is scary to think that the same employees that care for this bathroom also care for their kitchen. I'm definitely staying away from here"
