"Pros: I was pleased with how quickly I got an appointment. The staff was very courteous. The service was completed quickly and the loaner car was outstanding. Cons: While not surprising since Land Rover is a premium brand, the repair cost was more than I had expected."

"The Land Rover Parsippany team went above and beyond to make our service experience exceptional and noteworthy! Despite the fact that I have a Range Rover dealer 3 miles from my house in Paramus NJ, I chose to drive 40 minutes to Parsippany because I read about the extremely high level of service at Land Rover Parsippany. And I experienced it first hand. We brought my son’s car in for an electrical issue. The team quickly diagnosed the situation and ordered the part, which was on 4 day back order. When I explained that my son needed to back in school in 2 days I saw the Land Rover Parsippany team in action. Anthony, our service manager was able to call in favors and get the part installed in 2 days. While they had the car they identified and fixed some small issues, which they didn’t charge us for. They also made arrangements to have deliver my son’s car to our house in the early morning so he could get on the road early. I will never bring my car for service to any dealer other than Land Rover Parsippany. They are levels above what we have experienced from our former dealership."

"I just purchased a 2024 Land Rover Defender from these guys and the experience from start to finish was top notch. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a higher end dealership, but they really made you feel like family. I’m not an easy client, admittedly, I’m extremely picky and my sales guy, John Wakely happily provided a million test drives, across multiple days without ever being pushy. My original plan was to custom order but the day we went to put it through, he found one in transit to another dealership with almost the exact specs I would have been ordering, so it worked out perfectly and I didn’t need to wait months for it to arrive. They are extremely upfront with prices, interest rates, finance options and gave me a very fair trade on my vehicle. They actually give you all the numbers without trying to hide anything and explain every fee in as much detail as you’d like. Even the finance manager was fantastic to deal with. The paperwork was pretty much ready to go by the time I arrived and only needed some signatures so we were in and out in a little over an hour. Brian walked us through every feature of the vehicle in great detail and made sure I fully understood all of the capabilities before we left. Overall, one of the greatest car buying experiences I have ever had from start to finish and when I’m in the market for another Land Rover, this is the only place I will go!"

"My experience at Land Rover Parsippany was amazing. I was provided with a new and clean loaner vehicle. Check in was quick and easy. My Service Manager Luis was extremely efficient and communicated daily on the status of my vehicle. My annual servicing was completed in a timely fashion, and a minor issue diagnosed and repaired. Luis had my vehicle delivered to my home upon completion in meticulously clean condition. I am thrilled by the service I received at Land Rover Parsippany and even more thrilled with my vehicle!"

"I had a good service. Staff was gracious. I did observe two things. 1. Rear driver side window does not close (if you try to close it, it goes up and comes down). This was never an issue before 2. Second minor issue is cleaning of the cup holders. It was missed. See the picture."
