"I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When I got home, part of my order was wrong. They gave me buffalo wings instead of the Philly cheese sandwich I ordered. I called and the phone just rang and rang. Then it sounded like someone answered it and then hung up. I drove back to the location with the wings and my receipt. They offered to make my sandwich but they took back the wings. Why would any food establishment take food back that has already exchanged hands with a customer and left the building?! Also the entire time I was there, the phone rang off the hook and they never answered it. They probably figure it’s a complaint and avoid answering because they would rather ignore people. I won’t be going back to this location."

"We received the wrong order, which we learned only after opening all the boxes. This involved a family of four all reaching for food at once. When we realized it was the wrong order, I called to explain. They told me they would return with the correct order. Great! Only when they did, they said they had to take back the original. The one we'd opened? Yes. Whaaaat? The manager argued with both my husband and me separately on the phone until I told him the order was in our garbage. The driver stayed on our property on our front door this entire time. I'm sorry if you live on Prospect and had to wait longer for your order, but your option that this manager wanted had just been opened and handled! hope you were treated with more respect than we were."
