"I really like the Colorado burger and fries from here and get it every time. However the service here needs a lot of improvement. I’m always waiting at least 20-30 minutes for my order, even when the restaurant is empty. One time my order was just sitting on the counter even though there were 5 employees just walking around and chatting. There needs to be something done about the timing and service of the restaurant here, as it seems like other people in the reviews have also complained about the long wait time."

"The food was delicious it always is. however, after ordering takeout, it took almost a whole hour for the food to be brought out to us. our orders were sitting on the counter for about 30 minutes, and nobody packaged them until we asked. we wanted to wait and see if the woman at the counter would package it, but she did not budge! the nice young girl working the register quickly packed all 3 of our orders in under a minute when we asked, after waiting a whole hour since ordering. I'm unsure why the other woman did not even attempt to bag the now cold food."

"This was my first time visiting a Smash Burger and I was not disappointed. The location interior was simple but the food was much more than that. We ordered two double burgers and shakes and they were made perfectly. The strawberry shake was not too sweet and not too thick. The burgers were exactly what I thought they would be based on the hype of read. They were flavorful and yet not too greasy. The bun was very soft and fresh. The fries were very good too. The service was good at this location and everything appeared to be well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend visiting and I will certainly be visiting again!"

"Dirty! These tables are sitting here with food and garbage the entire time we have been here. Seven people being paid to work standing in kitchen eating and laughing. I had to ask to have the table cleaned to eat with my family. One of the staff members used the same rag to wipe our table, then the entire counter, and then the metal shake cups. $40 for cold fries, and I needed to remind them we were missing one order. Don't waste your time or money!"
