"Let's be honest, no one wants to have to call a plumber and this wasnt the first time I dealt with them. From the office staff to the field guys, Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing is a pleasure to deal with. Love the text letting you know the tech is on the way complete with picture so you know who's coming to your door. Friendly, Knowledgeable and HONEST. Gave me an estimate which was totally fair and it turned out I didn't need as much work done as originally thought. The techs let me know that and my bill was substantially less than the estimate ! They could have charged me the original quote. Unless I watched their every move I never would have known they didn't have to what was originally thought. So nice to not be ripped off ! I Highly Recommend !"

"My first experience using Mark Lindsay & Son was terrific! We had a problem with a leaky shower and their great staff scheduled a tech the very next day. Rene was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and explained the options for total fixture replacement as our existing fixtures were no longer made. To our surprise, Mark Jr. was able to locate the required parts for the existing fixtures and have them delivered overnight for complete repair the very next day saving us time and a lot of money for total replacement and costly tile repairs. Their office staff was a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend their service."

"After scheduling a service with the cheapest company around, and then being left with ZERO water or heat because they did not show up, I called Mark Lindsay and Son. It was late on a Friday so I knew I'd be paying extra for an emergency visit at this point. To my surprise, a tech showed up "on his way home" from a long day of work. He immediately went to work to diagnose my problem and once he had a resolution in mind, he went way beyond the traditional service I receive when I have this problem. For years, other companies have been doing a "quick fix" and trying to talk me into replacing all the pipes to my main drain, but I simply did not have the money to do so. So this was a service call I made about every 6 months. Mark Lindsay (the son), reworked a bunch of terrible work that was causing this issue and spent close to an hour after that just to make sure it was functioning properly. I was actually blown away because this normally took techs about 15 minutes from the time they pulled in the driveway. He brought me down to explain what was happening and how he fixed it, and what could be done if I were ever to replace the system. I definitely feel more confident in the operation of the plumbing system now! Because here we are, 6 months later, when I would be calling that other company again... and it still works like a DREAM! I never even have a slow drain! Want to hear the most UNBELIEVABLE part of my whole experience?? This man would not take a single dollar from me! Not a tip, not a bill, nothing. He was happy to help and just told me to have a blessed day. His generosity of his time really brought tears to my eyes. It really has made me rethink how I could make it up to him, and my only option is to pay it forward in whatever way possible, so I've been making an effort to "Do like Mark" whenever I'm in a position to help others and it has certainly made me happier as a person. What an amazing movement this young man has started, eagerly helping others when he can has caused me to do the same, and I'm sure the recipients of my thoughtfulness has lit the same fire within them. So proud to work with this company, they truly are like no other company out there. And their knowledge and reputation alone would guarantee them as the best option available! stop searching, and call them now... you don't need any other plumbers servicing your home!!"

"Overall excellent experience. Basement flooded and water heater was permanently damaged leaving me with no hot water and vulnerable to frozen pipes. I called several vendors for an estimate. Mark Lindsay & Sons responded almost immediately and the owner himself came to my home within a 1/2-hour. He provided me with a competitive estimate that I approved. Less than an hour later his team was on-site. Removed old water heater and professionally installed the new one! Kudos to technician Jacob Peetz and his assistant for a job well done! And, at this time still haven’t heard from the other vendors"

"Part 2.. The entire process with the team was great, including the office, there was constant communication and we were always in the know, no surprises. Our service tech Sean took over for our original tech and the transition was seamless. Sean worked diligently to repair our boiler and came across many other problems, he tackled each one as they arose and communicated with me in terms I could understand. He replaced many things and spent many unexpected hours here without a complaint. I know he was drained, he even called for some help when he came across things he hadn’t experienced before. Our house is pretty old and nothing is ever an easy fix. The service manager came out as well to give him a hand. That was impressive. Sean was knowledgeable and provided future recommendations in order of importance. I thought prices were fair, work was great and the customer experience was amazing. Everyone takes pride and is true to the company’s motto. We will be calling Mark Lindsay and Son for all plumbing and heating repairs and service. We highly recommend them to anyone who is in need!
