"An overall forgettable experience. The char on the burger was tasty, but the patty was pretty meager in size. Fries were decent. Onion rings were basically onion-flavored; the onions were cut so thin, the onions disappeared during deep-frying. Too many burger joints around, and not much makes this place stand out."

"Good place for burgers. Staff is friendly. Food is consistent. Don’t get the spicy chicken sandwich though. The bun was bigger than the chicken and the spicy was non existent. Stick to the burgers here. Santa Barbara char is excellent. Pretty tall burger though. The pepper bar is a nice touch to help cut through the richness of the burgers. Fries and onion ring combo is awesome but you can’t order it on the kiosk."

"Burger was delicious and will be back but improvements necessary and within reach! Burger was VERY salty. Ice machine was broken, warm Diet Coke was completely flat. Dining area must’ve been 85 degrees (note, open a door if you notice this…it’s 40 degrees outside). It just wasn’t pleasant eating a salty burger in a very warm room with room temperature soda and no ice."

"We tried this place last week. Burgers are very good indeed! The charbroil flavor is very nice. The fries were pretty good. I think the soda machine needs some re-calibrating - tried both coke and root beer and both tasted "off" (possibly too little syrup?)"

"The burgers here are legitimately really good. This is no McDonalds or Wendy's, it is much closer to a fast casual concept. Think hipster Five Guys. The char-grilled meat is no joke, it adds a lot of flavor to the burger. Onion rings were on point, you could tell they were homemade. They also have sweet potato fries which I looooove. Everything is cutomizable here. I liked that you can switch out a bun for extra lettuce, and eat it like a lettuce wrap. Really good for gluten-free eaters. They also offer an impossible burger. This location is new as of August 2023, so the store is very clean and well organized. I encourage you to visit before it gets popular."
