"I needed to get a new tire after getting a flat . So I stopped by & they helped me out immediately. The service was fantastic and would recommend them to anyone !"
"Nice people, disappointed with service. Made an appointment the day before in person for a tire repair. After dropping my car off the next day they told me they were a bit behind and i can pick it up later. After not hearing anything and calling 3-4 hours later they said I can pick my car up the next day. I needed my car that night, so I asked if my spot from the reservation could be held if I picked my car up and dropped if off the next morning. They said no, not very understanding."
"5 star just because I'm a easy guy. I handed over the keys at 10:45 (my appointment was at 11) and they finished installing 4 tires at 2:20pm. 3: 35 hours of waiting for the installation of 4 tires. It is unacceptable......... The wait time is long (hour 1:30 wait would be reasonable in my opinion), the prices are fair, and the customer service is excellent. If you make an appointment the best thing you can do is leave the vehicle and then pick it up when it is ready. Thanks to all the staff for everything."
"I have to say this is probably the best experience I’ve had when having to do some thing to maintain my car. They were knowledgeable , kind, and they got me in right away with a great deal on new tires. Thank you so much Britney. Highly recommend Pep Boys in WANAQUE. Update Nov 13 It only took me to this again for a different service order, but I I had different issues that needed to be taken care of, and they did such a great job. I didn’t have a long wait they made sure I had exactly the right parts delivered. Very professional and caring team at this location here. A huge shout out and thank you to Britney again. Thank you. . I won’t go anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend this location."
"Just needed an oil change for my vehicle and they did a great job. Only took them about a half hour, the price was fair and they were all very pleasant. I'd be more than happy to return once again when my vehicle needs any maintenance or repair done."
