"I recently purchased an ODS assembly for my vent free fireplace gas logs. After installation of the assembly, the pilot light would light, but the main burner would not. I tested the thermopile on the ODS assembly and determined it was not generating sufficient voltage to the control valve assembly (electrical output was 51 mv which was below the minimum 325 mv required). I notified iBuy Stores of the defective thermopile and requested they provide me a replacement thermopile. Without questioning my competency in this matter they agreed and sent me a replacement thermopile. As I informed Mario with iBuy, "sometimes problems like this occur, but how they are handled by the seller can be more important than other factors associated with transaction. 5 stars!"
