"The florals we had were beautiful and fit our boho aesthetic, so we are pleased in that regard. However, I was absolutely heartbroken when I realized that the leaves on my bridal bouquet had yellow dye on them, and the dye rubbed off onto my white dress. I was not given a warning about this, so the stains got onto my dress while we were taking pictures prior to the ceremony - which means they were on there throughout the whole wedding ceremony and reception for everyone to see. Had I been given a warning about the bouquet, I would’ve been more careful to not let it touch my dress. However, I don’t think it’s the best idea in the first place to put dye on a bridal bouquet that is going to be in close contact with a white dress. I am just praying that a dry cleaner is able to get these stains out as I want to pass my wedding dress down to my future daughter. I emailed them about this and I was reassured that the dye is “water-based” and should come out. But unfortunately that doesn’t help the fact that the stains were on there my entire wedding day."

"I was blown away by how many empty promises this company made. They increased our quotes less than 30 days from the wedding and the bouquet wasn't fully bloomed on the wedding day. They were wonderful until we sent in the initial deposit, and communication went downhill once they had money in hand. The owner continuously contradicted what we were told by our designer and our wedding planner, which made the entire process a nightmare. I would recommend going elsewhere."

"Out of the garden came highly recommended by an event planner. We needed multiple arrangements for a social and our only request was they use the color red as it went with our theme. They ran with the little direction given and created stunning, unique pieces that were absolutely perfect for our event. They delivered all the arrangements early and were spectacular communicators."

"I chose out of the garden for my wedding flowers as I loved their body of work online. Some time after placing the deposit I began to feel as though I was being brushed off. Several phone calls were never returned and on one occasion I expressed concern over the flower choices/colors and the response I received was not very reassuring. In hindsight I should have gone with my gut feeling, given up our deposit and chosen another company. On our wedding day when my flowers arrived they were not what I had expected nor ordered. I feel as though because I was brushed off during the ordering process the resulting flowers were disappointing. Furthermore there are items listed in my contract that were not delivered to specification. The first four images attached were provided as inspiration images for my bouquets and arrangements. I specifically did not want much greenery in my bouquets. The sixth image is of my bouquet which has so much greenery you can barely see the colors of the blooms. My bouquet also had blooms different to what was listed in my contract and was missing blooms promised in the contract. I also ordered two mantelpiece installations which specifically list trailing greenery in an asymmetric arrangement in our contract (see first four inspiration images). The fifth image is what was delivered. This arrangement is completely missing any trailing elements and really looks more like a funeral arrangement. Lastly, I paid $550 for blooms to be arranged underneath dessert stand centerpieces. The last image is of what was delivered, which looks much less lush than what I would have expected for this price. I am really not sure what led to this miscommunication and resulting flower delivery but I am so sad as obviously the day is over and can’t be redone. I wish there had been a bit more effort put into making sure that what was delivered looked even remotely like the inspiration images. We had a very small wedding and the flowers were the one thing I splurged on which we’re so important to me (I even expressed this on several occasions to the florist). I emailed to let out of hand know about my disappointment before writing this review but again received a response that was less than satisfactory."

"Although the flowers at my daughter’s wedding were beautiful, her color theme was completely ignored. Her colors were supposed to be orange and blue (their school colors), but instead the predominant colors appeared to be rosy red and yellow. My daughter even said to me that she thought she had gotten someone else’s flowers. In addition, the flowers either were not fresh or just wilted from the heat. My corsage didn’t even make it through dinner. And the bridal bouquet had to be tossed away the next day. And no one even asked me at the end of the evening if I wanted the flowers. Not sure what they did with them but I had planned to use them at the brunch at my home the next day. I had not bought any flowers as I thought I’d have plenty from the wedding. We were even planning to donate them afterwards. Very disappointed. I have included some photos of the flowers. Cannot tell that the colors were supposed to be orange and blue by looking at the pictures of the most prominent flowers in the wedding—the bridesmaids’ bouquets, the cross behind the altar, the cake and the head table. I also have a pic of the not so fresh day after bridal bouquet. Starting to wonder if generic flowers are ordered so that they can just use them for all their weddings that weekend."
