Costco Wholesale

"I have had a Costco membership for over 20 years. Until this store, it has been my favorite place to shop. Not just for food, but for clothes, shoes, kitchen things, electronics and so much more. I loved taking my time and seeing what was new from my last visit and I was never disappointed. Recently my previous store closed and a new one opened in West Chester. I HATE IT. It is so crowded all the time! No more spending time in the aisles perusing deals and new items - it’s too crowded. Half the time I can’t even get to the aisles. Specific items have been out of stock - something that I’ve never seen in other Costcos. The checkout lines are complete madness. I’ve spoken to some of the employees who have come from the old store. I won’t go into details, but their stress levels are very high. Don’t even get me started about the parking. I’ve parked closer at a Browns game. I’m very sad. Feel like I’ve lost a friend. I’ve been driving to Florence, KY when I need to make a trip now. I used to just go because it was such a great place to shop and linger. I think they could have kept both stores open and had no loss of foot traffic. I’ve talked with other Costco shoppers. We all don’t like this store. Too much traffic in it. Yuck. I miss you Costco."

"I got a membership and went for my first time on a Monday. It was busy but not overly crowded. I was surprised with all of the free samples I had to try all of them . I did purchase some muffins. I noticed after I got home they expired two days later. I would recommend checking dates ."

"Great place & prices. Sometimes harder to find things because of the size of the place and floor layout. People are always helpful though. Check-out lines can be a challenge, but personnel working the lines are the best. Excellent customer service in guest services!"

"This Costco location is a great place to shop for quality products and services at affordable prices. The store is huge, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of items, from groceries and household essentials to electronics and furniture. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gas station, pharmacy, optical department, and hearing aids center are very convenient. The only downside is that sometimes the gas station is crowded."

"When my husband and I joined a membership 85% - 90% we were able to find everything we needed, I love the fact I was able to get my regular Dr Pepper cases there, I’m on disability so my husband or my son has to go with me so they can carry it, now the disappointing part, and aggravating part The last five times I’ve been there they have been completely out of my regular Dr Pepper. They have diet Dr Pepper, but not regular Dr Pepper, I can understand being out of stock once maybe twice, but not this many times very disappointing as I have to get help getting it, and, like I said, I like stocking up on items and that one is a huge one. Also, they don’t carry my kind of toilet paper, which is another disappointment, I will be going up and again if they are out of my soft drink I will say something to them, as this is the whole reason I signed up for a membership Jerri Lynn Kelly"
