"I went in to buy a washer and dryer set. I waited 45 mins for an associate to help me. No one around. So I started looking at the ones that I wanted to get, googling prices in mean time while I wait for help. Suddenly a couple walks by and poof a sales associate helped them immediately. I waited for the associate to help me after, making it clear I needed help. They all walked away. Poof gone again. While waiting again, a male customer came to look at the washers and immediately gets help while I'm still waiting.Like why am I being ignored?! This is absolutely ridiculous. It was the same sales associate helping the other customers except me. It's obvious that I needed help and was ready to buy. I felt like I was being judge by the way I looked and ignored on purpose. It sure wasn't busy in there at all. Walked out flabbergasted that that actually happened to me. I can't believe this."
"I always like this Lowes but just wondering why it's always smouldering hot in the garden area. I get its outside but it's like a concrete sauna. I got to other nurseries and they aren't as hot. Is it the setup? With the mulch, and dirt surrounding the perimeter?"
"I liked it. Typical selection of plants & shrubs with competitive pricing. A bit understocked and some of the plants a bit wilted but that was due to more shoppers and the hot weather. One thing Lowe's does better than it's major competitor is better compliance with social distancing and masks. I felt much safer shopping at Lowe's, so they get my hard earned money from now on until this pandemic is over."

"Wanted to purchase stepping stones and after I picked the style out ,cashier had to make a call and they said they did not have any more. Why have the sample out. Frustrating after having to stand in line to begin with. This was on a Monday."
