"Great with handling the delivery but upset they gave me old bananas and bruised apples, molding/damaged grapes and tried to hide them at the bottom of the fruit basket. Placed bananas next to a melon and a basket of strawberries on top. On top of the bananas being old, they crushed them with heavy items. The bruised apples were hidden in the corner. They are soft to the touch so they’re very old. So disappointing. Update: my mom, who ordered the basket, was given a refund by the manager. However, things on my end weren’t fixed. I was left with the bad fruit. Her reasoning for not sending me more fruit was because my mom got a refund so she couldn’t give me anything to replace the bad fruit. She initially offered to fix it then decided not to because of the refund and asked me to take my review down. I told her I would update my review but not take it down. Disappointing order and customer service."
