"This place is terrible. I’ve interacted in person with the pharmacists twice, and they’ve been helpful and friendly, which is the only reason I am giving this two stars. Anytime I call in, I’m on hold for over 15 minutes. Inevitably, the automatic system tells me that there is only one call ahead of me, the line begins to ring, and then I’m cut off because nobody answers. When I call back, I’m now at the bottom of the wait list with more than three calls ahead of me. What in the world is happening? I understand they may be busy and under staffed, but they consistently do not answer their phones. I’m finding a different pharmacy."
