"In response to Lady J. We are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is short staffed. They are normally extremely nice and helpful. I was just there last week and it was only the pharmacist. I patiently waited cause she was also having to give flu shots and covid vaccine shots. Be a little more kind and understanding of what they are going thru."

They seemed more personable to other customers (possibly because they are regulars). Maybe once I become a familiar face they will be friendlier. However, after my experience there, I don't want to become a regular."
