"The repairs are 'quick fixes' that do not last very long. I haven't even touched my shower rack because I use my own. And it fell. Hanging by screws and I didn't even move it. Make that make sense please. Plus my bathtub started peeling?????? Never have I ever had that happen before bruh what is this?????"

"Tamia and Kiana are the best! Move in went very smooth. With the leasing office being closed on my move in day, they worked hard to get me my key. I was anxious about moving as this is my first apartment, but they were kind to me and answered all my questions when I would stop by the leasing office prior to moving in. Maintenance is very prompt to solve any issues and are always kind. Thank you all! I love the place."
"I’ve been a resident here now for 7 months now. I observed many changes and I must say that the changes are really good. The new management and staff are very helpful and open to speak with you about your concerns and questions and they display sufficient responses when my request are put in. Both Kiana and Tiara are truly helpful office managers. I also must add that the maintenance workers are very helpful as well."
"WOW! This community is on the rise. The newly renovated units are like nothing in the area. They are doing so much to the property for the kids as well. Upgraded the playground, picnic area and the soon newly renovated pool house. Our family is so excited to be here. The new staff in the main office are so sweet and always willing to help. We made the right decision in leasing here."
