"I visited Dr. Bao Nguyen today. Both my husband and I have him as our primary doctor. Dr Nguyen is very knowledgeable, very kind, and truly takes his time with you. At the end of the visit, I felt very cared for and extremely happy with the visit."

"Dr. Bảo Nguyễn was helpful but recently his nurse receptionist employee or a worker of this doctor to me a Hispanic ("racial description," not "racial derogatory" or it is a "rightly imposed" "racial derogatory," this God knows. The female was worse than rude to me, she was very authoritative, or very terse towards me as the patient's family member when she was not even "illegally provoked" but she told or she "Ordered" me to "Please Leave." OMG, even this doctor himself would not even say this, when we were only reasonably politely asking for a reschedule, we also asked about paying the remaining outstanding balance our other families helped. But this Hispanic front desk receptionist "Jennifer," it was her name on that day and time work shift, she did not even take time to help or to look into the bills in question thoroughly, then she extreme humiliated me with her believed to be a personal whimsical that i "Please Leave" when i did not do anything wrong to her. I reported her good conduct to Dr. Bao Nguyen at the last time when she helped me initially, i never wronged her, but she behaved very badly out to me suddenly on August 29, 2023 at around 3:00 PM-5:00 PM when she rudely Ordered me, yes, she "Ordered" me to "Please Leave" where this is an "aggravated harassment" to me when i needed her to help to get me a reschedule which was at least still an easy task to do, and it was a basic "legal request/want," i feel even the doctors don't even say this to their patients/their patients family members. Very poor customer service. This Hispanic ("racial ID/description"/NOT "racial derogatory"/or it was a "legal derogatory" otherwise) employee/worker nurse was with too much worker's rights, or powers. This was not my fault in this case. She was never reported to Dr. Bao Nguyen yet about this aggrieved event to my person. We just put this review here for a possible safety notice in case she behaved out on other patients again. All else Dr. Bao Nguyen was great. This "Jennifer" had she respected her employer, she would not do this wrongfully we feel to Dr. Bao Nguyen's patient/ clients/their family members wrongfully or unprovoked because we only asked for a reschedule to be done for us in the office by her which was at least still a "legal request," but she did not respect our legal request when we sought for help to save our time because we had a busy schedule at home. this female employee despite she could take time to comply/yield/customer service to help, she instead wantonly or illegally mistreated myself and she "Ordered" myself to "Please Leave," i did not want the good doctor to lose clients revenues because of this employee in between him and ourselves but he probably deserved our leave because he got mad at us at our alleged that he gave a wrong medication. He should have asked me why i was upset (but i did not do anything with my upset) & gave me an explanation for the cause of my allegation, but instead he just got mad at me back or delayed treatment the next time i was there. i don't want other patients to be subject to any possible wanton emotional harm by this receptionist staff member of his whom i felt has gone rather wild verbally to me, a patient's family members. my other family paid for my bills as i helped them and they got the extra money and from their own productions. I don't have time to write a formal letter to him, only a review is what i could do or also because i think he would not help me. The cursive TruCare describing his practice was really harmful. But i tolerated, thanks God it worked out this way so i could really leave. "Jennifer" was good to me before and i might have overpaid her. We no longer need their help or any help. Above is all allegations for now but the "Please Leave" did occur. This was very harnful to my own [original] Respect or Honour. He then dismissed my medical file. Now i will have a new doctor soon, thanks God, i did not do these individuals wrong at begun neither."

"Dr. Nguyen is running an amazing practice! Extremely satisfied from my very first appointment. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He has a great team altogether, and I will be a regular patient for years to come. The team of nurses are great! Jennifer helped me with my appointment and provided me with a walkthrough of how to properly use my medication. She is knowledgeable and polite. Definitely recommend!"

"Dr. Nguyen is a caring doctor who really takes his time to explain conditions and treatment plans to his patients. He is thorough and has discovered rare conditions that other doctors haven’t been able to figure out. I never feel rushed with Dr. Nguyen and he spends a lot of time with me. He goes out of his way to take care of his patients! 10/10 recommend, Dr. Nguyen! Thank you for all you’ve done to help me through the years."

""People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." While there are many great doctors out there, what separates Dr. Bao Nguyen is his genuine care for his patients. For years, I only go to the doctor when there's a health issue. And then I never come back! My last doctor visit was 4 years ago. I recently went to see Dr. Nguyen for an overall physical exam because he reminded me that prevention is better than cure. And it's true! I have friends and relatives who have healthy lifestyles but when they finally had to go to the doctor it was too late. If you truly care about those that you love, you should care for yourself and make sure you're healthy! I'm going to keep going back to Dr. Nguyen because he's very thorough, extremely friendly and ultimately he cares about your well-being! I highly recommend giving Dr. Nguyen a try! He's different than many practitioners out there."
