"Terrible. I am fed up with the billing from this office. They keep trying to bill for things that they did not tell me the out of pocket cost or the price range. I signed the consent form without knowing that they will charge more later because I thought that I've paid the full-price already based on the communication among the doctor, the assistant, and me. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but the surprise medical bills asked me to pay for an item that costs 10 times more expensive than its value. I've tried to email and call them, but they didn't offer any helps. It was my first experience at this office and it will be my last."

She has always been apprehensive of any survey put we were encouraged from friends and family to go see Dr Tran. He immediately diagnosed that my mother needed a partial knee replacement.
