"NoVA Pharmacy is very responsive, responsible, courteous, and diligent. (Where else can you find these qualities from a pharmacy nowadays?) Ashley (Uyên), the pharmacist, usually answered the phone herself and resolved most of my issues right on the first call. If I called after hours and left a message, she would return my call the first thing in the morning of the next business day. She went out of her way to call my dad's doctors and insurance company to sort out all of the details from a list of 17 prescriptions. She counted the pills, arranged, and sealed them into two monthly medicine "blister" (bubble) packs, one for the "morning" and the other for the "evening" dosages. Each blister compartment contained all needed pills for each particular time of the day and for each day of the month. It didn't end there. She sent Cuong to deliver the med packs straight to my dad's apartment door which is located within one or two miles or so from the pharmacy--all of that without any additional charge! Cuong, too, is very friendly, kind, and courteous. It is not a unique treat to my dad only. Many elderly neighbors in his same apartment building have the same treatment. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the staff at NoVA Pharmacy for what they did for my dad. So, I decided to leave some words of praise here so the world may know!"
