"We loved our stay here! The cabin was very clean. Wonderful river setting with privacy and all the amenities you would expect with a cabin. Plus it, is a small property so no off road vehicle dust or noise so very clean and peaceful. All bedding, towels, kitchen appliances and cooking items are included. We didn't have to run out and buy a single thing except ice for our coolers. Maybe Hawks will add an ice machine next. Who knows. Micah the owner checked on us and asked every day if there was anything we needed. I really liked that. There is a laundry and two shower houses on the property so everyone in your group can get a hot shower. The location was great. Right by several trailheads and two different towns. We ate out three times and each meal was excellent. Nothing fancy, just real good food. The towns are not over touristy either. They still have their noncommercialized small town appeal. Over all, it was a wonderful stay at Hawks and we will definitely be back."

"The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was that the bedroom was a bit small in the Grizzly cabin. I am 5'8" and I just about touched wall to wall on the bed. So if you are tall it will be really tight. And the lofts were really low for my boys, 11 and 13. But the location was great, cabin was clean, quiet. The family was easy to deal with. My boys loved being on the river. Trail access is really close."
"I have stayed here 2x in the past year. Memorial Day weekend 2022 and Halloween weekend 2022. Booked the Deer Cabin both times and have no complaints. The cabin was clean and had excellent amenities. Across the street from Trail 17 entrance, so excellent trail access. The cabin will hold 8 as stated comfortably. Downtown Gilbert is less than 10 minutes away and has grocery store, gas station and pizza places. Will stay here again in the future."
"Beautiful, clean,cozy cabins! Owners are wonderful and easy to deal with. Cabins are well stocked! Plenty of parking your trailers. The trailhead is about 20 seconds down the road. Gilbert has everything you need to make you stay comfortable. I can't say enough about how nice the cabins are, though. Will definitely be returning!!"
