"Here 2 Help mental health services is Here 2 Harm. They prey upon the vulnerable under the guise of fleecing the insurance company out of THOUSANDS of dollars by charging for services not rendered. I caught them committing insurance fraud on accident by checking my claims on Optimas website and seeing a slew of claims on dates that services were not rendered and under an alternative name, Annie Scott, when those claims were denied. When calling to get confirmation of the 3 dates I did receive counseling services, the owner was very sketchy and insisted on knowing what dates I had first… as if not to alert me to the 13+ fraudulent charges… long story short. Vile, appalling, and predatory behavior from a “mental health” community service. An investigation has been opened and I highly doubt given the gravity of the situation, they are Here2Stay. Seek services literally anywhere else! Mental health is no joke and these people are laughing all the way to the bank."
