"The folks are good people but it is impossible to see someone on time or even close to my appointment time. I am seen no less than 30 minutes late no matter how early my appointment is. I've been to a lot of offices in the past year with family members and this Quinton office is the worst. Just walked out of my appointment. 45 minutes late and still no doctor. I had enough."

"Andrew Spence was seen to evaluate a sore on my mom's ancle in June 2023. He initially treated it with antibiotics and a band-aid. After several visits the wound was not getting any better, it was getting worse. Instead of referring us to a wound care center (which I know now that is the route he should have taken), there was a LPN sent to change the dressing. We are now 6 months and NO improvement! I have taken it upon myself to schedule an appointment with a wound care center. The last nurse that came to change the bandage was astonished that NO ONE involved in her care to the initiative to have her seen and treated at a wound care center! If this was his mother, what kind of care would she have received. Well, if you signed up for the healthcare spectrum, you need to remember that the people you are seeing and treating IS someone's mom, brother, sister, child, etc. or get out of the business."
