"I went to the midlothian office and was very pleased with the dr that saw me. I had no issues until it was time for payment. They required me to pay my full deductible for services plus my co pay. When I received my EOB from insurance, I was only responsible for my co pay plus a % of a purchase. I overpaid by $200. It is now 2 months later, multiple phone calls, emails with no one getting back to me. Finally got in touch with someone who said that they see I overpaid and will start the refund process which will take 30 days!! Unacceptable! I have NEVER been to a dr that has required that and then been so evasive about my refund. I really liked the dr, but will be going elsewhere moving forward."

He was personable, warm, and quite friendly, altogether a very likeable man. His care and concern for me as a patient, and as a person, was always evident. He took the time to clearly explain to me all aspects of my condition and the treatment that he was providing. This level of patient care was evident throughout the entire staff of the organization, so anyone needing foot or ankle care can do no better that Achilles Foot & Ankle."
"Dr. Eng treated my sprained ankle and was really great about explaining to me what had happened, what treatment he recommended, and how long I would need to heal. He was very personable and helpful. I’ll be going back to his office in a few weeks for a follow up. Although my ankle still hurts now, it’s on the mend. Overall not a bad way to have to deal with my first sprain."
"Very welcoming and professional staff and service! I would 100% recommend coming here. Dr. McMahon was very friendly and professional, answering any and all questions to a very long heel problem I had since a teenager. He was very prompt and efficient with his time with me and also the nurses and other faculty, too. This practice definitely made me feel like they know what they are doing and that they wanted the best service for anyone who comes there. Accessibility to the building was super simple if anyone had questions about that. Again, I would recommend this practice and doctor to anyone! Thank you so much!"
