"Do not go to this doctor! Dr. Crane works half days only Monday through Thursday. She does not return phone calls ever. They are trying to charge my 98-year-old grandmother an exorbitant amount to have her medical record transferred to another doctor. I left a previous review that was also one star that I think somehow they had deleted. This is the truth! If you are with this practice now, get out while you still can. If you’re looking for a new practice stay away from this one and keep looking! If they delete this again I will continue to let people know how horrible this doctor is and that they really do not care about their patients physical, mental or financial welfare! 0 stars!"
"I've been seeing Dr Kathleen Crane-Lee for a decade. She's one of the best physicians I've met, and truly cares about her patients. She has personally called me with test results, and she never makes me feel rushed. I've moved to Alexandria but drive to Fairfax to see her. Highly recommend."
