"I brought my brother in who just moved to the area and needed a new family physician. He has melanoma that has metastasized to his brain and is non ambulatory. We needed paperwork done in order to get him into an assisted living facility. The front desk is rude, yelled at my 77 year old father who is trying to take care of his son. They couldn’t complete the paperwork after bringing him in multiple times. They have no idea how to email or fax a document. Every time we called to check the status of the paperwork they were annoyed with us. My dad had to physically pick the paperwork up on two occasions and take it to Fed Ex to fax himself and they still didn’t complete it correctly. We got in touch with a very caring and understanding Nurse Practitioner and she completed everything within a few hours. I am sure someone from the office will come back with some excuse for their behavior. The front desk lady even asked me to leave a google review, I wish I could have wrote a more positive one but they are horrible and have no compassion."
