"The receptionist was very unprofessional. When I spoke with the gentleman prior to the date of the appointment, he lacked professionalism when I spoke to him. Multi-tasking while trying to assist with the initial setup for appointment. He advised me to come 2 hrs prior to appointment time. When I arrived the day of appointment 2hrs early, he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. There was a huge lack in communication when setting up the appointment that led to me having to go back home and waiting to come back. Luckily I don't live far. First impressions are everything and my first impression of this establishment, is unprofessional, lack of communication, improper, unethical and dishonorable."
