"*UPDATE: I was billed for bogus 150$ that I knew for a fact I didn't owe and they sent it to collections even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. Reached out to their billing dept and also to my insurance. They billed me FOUR TIMES for ONE visit accumulating to a TON of money (were talking almost 2 thousand dollars) altogether and my insurance paid all but the 150$ of the bogus bills. Which is fraudulent just fyi. And basically after reaching out and letting them know I knew that was incorrect and could file a formal complaint, they ended up only charging me about 30-40$ which is my copay. It was the most ridiculous thing I've experienced for a doctors office and I would never return after that* Had to pay "double copay" according to receptionist for just one visit which was a written test and 10 mins of talking to a therapist. Then received a call from a debt collector that they are saying I owe a 150$ bill. It was all together maybe 30 mins of service and I ended up with a double copay at time of service AND a bogus 150$ bill."

"The therapists are 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆, But the reception is severly lacking customer service skills. Each time I check in, the glass windows are closed and not one person will make eye contact to help me. What's happened to customer service? Isn't a physical presence a priority over phone calls or logging miscellaneous stuff in to the system? If it wasn't for my therapist, I would never visit the office again!"

"The counselors may be ok, but the billing department is severely inadequate. I have had several issues with them. The latest was that all of a sudden we weren't paying co-pays, but we were paying towards the deductable? Um, no. It has and still is a co-pay. We didn't change jobs or insurance, yet the billing department screwed it up and, in addition to that, was extremely rude to me. The lady in billing kept insisting that insurance arbitrarily billed one of the visits as a payment towards the deductable, but all the rest were co-pays. When I contacted insurance, they were confused and said all the visits were paid for as co-pays. Their billing deparment really doesn't know what it is doing, and the headaches that go with billing don't outweigh the therapy benefits."

"Nice office staff, weird phone system, like you call and can't get a person or leave a message and I got one bill, paid it then got another bill with a not-so-nice collection letter. So no, not professionally run. As for counselor, nice but DEFINITELY "alternative". Fine if that's your cup of tea."

"Very efficient, friendly staff. I checked their website for a wide range of Counselors and then called to arrange an appointment. They were very helpful and recommended a perfect match. I did visit the office ahead of my appointment and filled out the initial paperwork at home, which I highly recommend. It's a comfortable place to heal."
