"Had a very comfortable experience. Thankfully I didn’t not have to consume the lovely drink a day before, it was pills that had to be taken the evening before and morning off. The appointment was on a Saturday so no work was missed and scheduled very quickly. Even received a follow up call Monday making sure everything was doing good."

Deanne the Nurse, Jaillene the Tech, and Ahmed the Nurse Anesthetist and the very experienced gastroenterologist Dr. Berger were fabulous, all were extremely knowledgeable, informative, caring, and humorous-all made me feel at ease and made an uncomfortable experience more bearable. Dr. Berger and his staff were very welcoming too, and you can see that he cares about you as a patient, his staff as well, and you can see that the staff work and care about each too, which can be hard to find these days. "If I had known how smoothly this process would've gone working with Dr. Berger and his staff, I would've had my colonoscopy a year earlier. I mainly put this off dreading the prep (MiraLAX & Gatorade) and fear of losing too much weight. When I tried booking a colonoscopy at another office, not only did no one pick up the phone but they were very cold & rude, once I got hold of the front desk. Their next available appointment available for a screening colonoscopy was far out in May! When I called Br. Berger's office to schedule a colonoscopy, Amanda answered the phone right away and scheduled me within that week! She was very professional, friendly & pleasant to speak with. I could tell right away Dr. Berger's office is very structured & well organized. Best of all, they provided me Sutab, along with clear & personalized instructions, for my prep, after she informed me many patients were much more pleased taking Sutab, as opposed to taking MiraLAX & Gatorade. I couldn't be more please with Dr. Berger and his awesome staff. Very friendly, approachable, caring and extremely professional. All the nurses who took care of me were very understanding, which I'm not normally used to in any medical office. They treated me like family and even felt pampered! Best of all, Dr. Berger's office is open some Saturdays!!! Although I'm relieved my colonoscopy is over, I really miss Dr. Berger and his staff."

"I have a family history of polyps and colorectal cancer in extended relatives. Being in genetics I decided to be proactive and get a colonoscopy even though I am not yet 45 years old. I dreaded it and now that it’s over I’m not sure why. Dr. Berger was amazing and the process was so incredibly fast and easy. I started at 730am and was home by 930am. He also spent a long time just chatting with me and answering all my questions.Highly recommend!"

"My first colonoscopy today and very grateful to Dr Berger and his team for their professionalism and care throughout the process. I had some issues with getting my prescription filled (my bad that I left it late) but Briana was very responsive and helpful on a Saturday afternoon to ensure I could complete my preparation on the Sunday. The 36 hour preparation is the worst part of the process but, having done it once, will be easy the next time. The procedure itself was fast and free of any discomfort. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I was grateful to be able to get instant feedback from Dr Berger as soon as I was awake and ready. Thank you again to Charlene, Ahmed and Dr Berger for their excellent care."
