Sarah Constant Beach Park is one of the three beach park locations in the Mermaid City of Norfolk, Virginia. Located at 300 West Ocean View Avenue, this park offers a beautiful beach experience with nearby parking and public restrooms for convenience. Visitors can enjoy grilling on the grass areas of both Community Beach and Sarah Constant Beach. While there are no access ramps and walkways at Sarah Constant Beach Park, guests can still relax and soak up the sun. Please note that there are no beach lifeguards on duty at Sarah Constant Beach Park or Ocean View Beach Park, so swimming is at your own risk. For non-emergencies, contact Lifeguard Headquarters at 757-441-1775, and for emergencies, dial 911. Come visit Sarah Constant Beach Park for a day of fun in the sun!

"This beach is right next to the pier. You can sometimes hear the live music from the restaurant on the rooftop. There's plenty of parking, but it can get full during the summer months."
