"This is my first time visiting this practice. I recently become a foster parent, and was looking for somewhere to take my children. I heard of it via coworker who said it was a great place to take my kids. One of the nurses that assisted me was great, (The second nurse could use a little help with her bedside manner with children, but she wasn’t rude ) as well as the physician that saw my children, She did really well with the kids, and they seem to be very comfortable with her. However, the front desk person , immediately before even saying good morning begin to ask me for documentation Pertaining to my placement. She asked for multiple things without providing me time to provide them Or even answer a question. At one point, she shoved a clipboard at me and asked me “who’s going to fill it out”, I was confused seeing that I was the only adult standing there with small children. She appeared agitated for no clear reason. If she is the first impression of the practice they may want to review With her the importance of good customer service. I will say again , the nurse that helped us, and the doctor made up for her repulsive display."

"Doctors are pretty decent, however, front staff is terrible. I’ve experienced the most horrible attitudes, and little racist comments that they think I cant understand. I have pulled my child’s records due to this ongoing issue. Do not bring your babies here."

"After reading some reviews and asking other moms about this practice I decided to start taking my kiddos. Everything about this practice was HORRIBLE. The ladies at the front desk don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. You ask them questions and they act like you are bothering them. I took my youngest (20 months) for an appointment concerned she had an ear infection and turns out she had a double ear infection. After 2 days on her antibiotic, she started developing a rash, diarrhea, moody, just not herself. I took her in for a follow up (knowing she was having an allergic reaction) and they told me there was nothing wrong and to continue giving her the medicine. Turns out…THEY WERE COMPLETELY WRONG AND MY DAUGHTER IS SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO THE MEDICATION. Thank god my kids are out of there. I wouldn’t go back to this practice for a simple nose bleed."
