"I come in with my mother for a emergency because my mom has a pain on her legs. The receptionist said you shouldn’t have to call because they are busy my mom said I did call but I was full on calls and no one got back to me. The receptionist got upset and told her to go to emergency room. My mom said I’m also here because my specialist told me to tell my doctor to change the medicine for the bola pressure, i’m not sure if this pain on my leg is because of that. The lady got upset when my mom said she had been on hold. my mom asked to use the bathroom she said they didn’t have one I said what do you do with handicap people? She responded who do you think you are your health insurance is not good enough you are a simple Janitorial service your insurance doesn’t cover everything and it’s not good enough. i’ve responded to her that I was not there to discuss insurance information well that type of job that I do that daughters and have nothing to do with the emergency but we were going to go somewhere else. she responded leave because if not I will call security. Until today I have never heard here someone said that our insurance it hasn’t good enough because you work on the cleaning industry. That wasn’t very disrespectful and unprofessional and hardly have."

"Dr. Borges has seen 3 generations of my family members. Unlike other doctors he takes the time to listen to your needs. In 2016 I visited him for a UTI, I told him that despite 3 negative OTC pregnancy test, my mother's dreams insisted I was pregnant. We joked it off while we waited for the results of his test results, I wanted to quiet those assumptions. They were positive and he insisted I visit an ER at once to determine how far along I could be. Two days later i gave birth to a healthy 37 week, little girl. I credit him for playing a large role in saving my daughter's life."
