"Was super excited to have a day date here and rent a kayak. Website says they’re open on Fridays at 10. Drove all the way down here. Arrived at 2 PM and the rental house was locked up. Called and was told they only do rentals on weekends. So disappointed. Told them they need to update their website. The woman said, OK and hung up. Thanks a lot."
"The water was not clean at all. It was filled with a lot of moss and algae all over, especially at the shore/launch area of kayaks. It was smelling bad and there were mosquitoes too. The park area was huge but given the hygiene of the waters, I did not feel pleasant to kayak. The hiking trails were short and flat, felt more like walking trails. Overall, the park was just okay in my experience."
"Kayaked with my husband here yesterday. It was our first time to visit this park. There is a lot of wildlife, and the scenery is very beautiful. We recommend coming here to enjoy water activities! Kayaks are disinfected after use, and staff are wearing masks."
