"I really want to commend the Big Stone Parks and Recreation department for demonstration of excellence in service and going above and beyond the normal course of events. Although I am not usually one to complain, if I feel strongly enough about a subject and follow through with expression of that complaint, I end up feeling both regretful and cynically disappointed in that the complaint changed nothing. The BSG Parks and Rec department has restored my faith in the human experience! My complaint was resolved within minutes with a return phone call, even though it was one that I didn't feel would be easily resolved! Thus far, it has been THE BEST of our sporting experiences, and I would recommend going through their programming to anyone!"
