"This was such a beautiful experience. Hands down the best camping/glamping trip we’ve even been on. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous and so close to our campsite (sweet springs) that we could hear the waterfall while we slept. There was even a separate entrance/exit to our site so we didn’t have to drive our car through the steep roads inside the property. I would highly recommend"

"Reservations are a must here! This is private property for a reason: to limit the number of visitors and keep this waterfall and all it encompasses an ultra-prestine place that never gets crowded. Don't come if you haven't made one yet. It is a sacred place of beauty and freedom. All the one star reviews are from disgruntled individuals who feel entitled to visit without reservations first."

"I had the pleasure of staying at beaver dam falls back in 2021 and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is beautiful and it’s a perfect place to relax and disconnect. I stayed at the tent that is at the top of the falls, which had an amazing view. There’s a swinging bridge as well and a cave! They’re also dog friendly and my pup had a blast. I definitely recommend checking it out if you want to reconnect with nature."

"This was absolutely the most magical place and such a gem! We were so disappointed that we had only booked the cattails campsite for 1 night. It was amazing. Camping, making smores, watching the fireflies, swimming in the water fall, kayaking with turtles and geese. It was heaven. Beau was so helpful and responsive and made the whole experience one never to be forgotten. (My boys also loved Shiney the dog and "Trout TV"). If we are ever coming back to Virgina we would be here in a heartbeat. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!"
