"I showed up for my first appointment only to be greeted by a front desk admin lady demanding I wear a mask. The entire country has pretty much given up the mask mandates at this point including every medical facility I have been in the last 6 months. A place with that level of incompetence isn't touching me or getting a single penny from me. I promptly told them I will not be needing their service and walked out."

"The PTs were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front office (Mainly the owner- Isaac) is very rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and inconsiderate. When I saw my charts I was taken aback by the lies that were told about me being non compliant as a patient. In the midst of me completing my treatment I suffered a death in my family, had two people that live with me test positive for COVID, received my COVID vaccine from which I had complications, and suffered from food poison. All of which I reported, all of which was out of my control, all of which I offered their office documented proof of. I’m not sure what type of best practices Isaac has studied but he is not privy to any sort of customer service or compassion. On my last day there I got sick and was ASKED by staff to leave due to the obvious CDC restrictions yet when I left I received a call from Isaac who rudely explained that I may not return for services due to me leaving that day. So my need for physical therapy in order to heal was not taken into consideration nor was my sickness and pain taken into consideration nor was the emotional impact of such a rude encounter with a “trusted” provider taken into consideration. Instead Isaac showed me the door. It was all compounded when he decided to write a false narrative of me into my medical records which I have contacted my attorney about. I hope no one else has to experience this type of low grade, poor moral on their already difficult road to recovery. I pray Isaac learns how to treat people and becomes a better example of sound medical care/treatment. But I suspect that as long as the money keeps flowing in for him he will continue to treat people with disrespect and disregard their needs for the sake of his own gain."

"Excellent ...professional therapy . Dr. Ross and her qualified team of therapists made every visit a pleasure. I always felt better after leaving therapy for my hand. Their care and knowledge was evident in their daily routine. Patients were always in good spirits when I was there. Therapists were kind and caring...and for that im grateful. ❤"
